Sometimes you just need an hour where someone really listens, without a waiting room, without a clock on the wall, without the feeling that your question is too small or too big.

I come to you. At home, in your favorite café, or online, wherever feels right.
We can talk about anything: the birth you are dreaming of or fearing, breastfeeding, formula, your pelvic floor, the new rhythms of life with a baby, how you are feeling inside all of this. There is no wrong topic and no silly question.

With me I bring more than fifteen years of midwifery experience and the care of a mother, who just knows what is needed.

An ensemble of ten consultations, yours to use however and whenever feels right, up to one year after your baby is born. No fixed schedule, no pressure to plan ahead. You decide the rhythm. Some women use them all during pregnancy, others spread them through the months of new motherhood, and others do a mixture of both.

Along the way I will also surprise you with a few little extras - because being cared for should also feel like a gift.

A continuous strand of care, from the first weeks of pregnancy to the tender months after birth. Ten consultations are woven into this journey, two during pregnancy, so we can build our bond before labour begins and I can truly tailor my presence to you. The remaining eight are yours to use whenever you need them, during pregnancy or postpartum, up to one year after birth.

From 38 to 42+ weeks, I am on call for your birth. Day and night, whenever labour will start, I come to you: at home, or at the hospital of your choice in the Utrecht region. I stay throughout labour and birth, up until two to three hours afterwards, and I make sure that you are tucked in, fed, and peacefully settled before I slip away.

Along the way I will also surprise you with a few little extras - because being cared for should also feel like a gift.

Your Doula Thread

One consistent person throughout your journey.
Pregnancy, birth and the first year bring new questions at every stage. Instead of repeating your story to different professionals or searching for answers alone, you'll have one person who already knows you and can walk alongside you through it all. That continuity means you never have to start from scratch - we simply pick up where we left off, whenever you reach out.

A space to ask questions, share thoughts, or process emotions as things unfold: a difficult appointment, a breastfeeding worry, a day that was simply too much. Many conversations start with "this might be silly, but...", no question is too small, all are welcome.

I'm here to receive your messages, voice notes, and calls seven days a week, from 9:00 to 17:00. As a mother to young children myself, I respond within 4 to 6 hours; anything after 17:00 is answered the next morning.

This space is here to strengthen your autonomy, not replace it.

Information About Prices And Payments

Payment Structure for Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum care option:

To make this investment sustainable and stress-free, payment for the Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum care option is gently spaced across your journey:

Booking Deposit (35%): Paid at first consultation to officially reserve your due date in my calendar.
Mid-Way Installment (35%): Paid around week 28 of your pregnancy.
Final Balance (30%): Paid by week 37, ensuring everything is settled before my 24/7 on-call window opens.

All Other Care Options:

Individual consultations, the 10 Consultation Ensemble, and the Direct Phone Thread are paid in full upfront upon booking.

All prices mentioned in the descriptions above are the total amount you pay. Any travel costs or additional expenses are invoiced separately, as outlined below.

Travel costs are calculated at €0.45 per km and invoiced after each visit, together with any additional expenses such as parking.

The Care Threads

I do not believe pregnancy and birth are processes that need to be managed, driven, or supported. Your body already holds the entire ability and knowledge. My role is to act as a fierce guardian of your peace, your environment, and your physiological processes.

To honour my own young family and ensure the deepest focus for the mothers currently in my care, my calendar for The Continuum of Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum attendance is currently fully woven. Bookings are open for births with due dates from September 2027 onward.
